14-Day Return Policy

You may return products within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

The return request is submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.

The product is unused, in its original condition, and packaging (with all tags intact).

Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) is provided.

Items show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Perishable goods (e.g., flowers, chocolates, food items).

Personalized or custom-made products.

Gift cards or vouchers.

Items marked as "Final Sale."

 

Return Process

1. Initiate a Return Request

2. Return Authorization

If eligible, we will provide a Return Authorization Number and instructions.

 

3. Package the Item Securely

Repack the product in its original packaging with all accessories.

Include the order number/receipt.

 

4. Ship the Item Back

Return the item as instructed. Return shipping fees may apply unless the return is due to our error.

For defective/wrong items, we will cover return shipping costs.

 

5. Inspection & Refund

Upon receipt, we will inspect the item.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

 

Refund Details

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Processing time: 5–7 business days after we receive the return.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless due to our error).

Bank processing times may vary (typically 3–5 additional days).

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
